  • Must have staged at least 1 international sporting event in the past 12 months and demonstrate key moments /achievements as a sports tourism destination during the eligibility period
  • Conducts promotional strategies across different media channels promoting and marketing their destination to an international audience
  • Actively participating in international industry-specific conferences and exhibitions
  • Entrants must provide evidence of significant socio-economic impact
  • Must show case their specific sports tourism offerings, high level of innovation in delivering visitors experiences for participants and spectators, provide specific industry data supporting their claim of being a major sports tourism destination
